Q: What is the Donation eligibility criteria?

There is no specific barrier or classification for a donation. You can donate any amount of money for the benefit of the under-privileged.  You can donate in cash and also in kind. This includes usable books, toys, clothes, shoes etc.

Q: Does it give me any tax benefit?

Yes, Contributions made to certain relief funds and charitable institutions can be claimed as a deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. All donations are not eligible for deduction under section 80G. Only donations made to prescribed funds qualify as a deduction. Please check for the same on the indian income tax official website.

Q: How do I get a donation receipt?

Once you make a donation, an online receipt will be generated and sent to your official email id. You can print the same as an official receipt.

Q: What section of the society gets benefited from the charity I make?

The funds that you shall donate shall be used for the development and growth of under-priviledged children and families. The fund shall be used across India.
